Graphics for all Premium

Users of the Premium Pack, you have the possibility of seeing your customer's traffic scanning to external operators.

Go to "My graphics" to consult the traffic of your Demat'Boxes.

Also traffic per page is now available.

Simplified management for multi-site office

As a Premium Pack user, the Demat'Boxes once purchased appear automatically in your fleet management.

If desired, you can associate a template delegate with a cost center. In this way he will only see the Demat'Box belonging to the cost center to which he is attached.

Remember to assign the Demat'Box to the right cost center beforehand.

Manage the maintenance of your FTP server

You have planned maintenance on your FTP server and want to block the sending of documents on it ?

Go to "My FTP accounts" and click on "Block FTP".

Do not forget to unlock the account once the maintenance is complete.

Extended warranty

You can now extend the warranty¹ of your Demat'Box from fleet management up to 12 months after purchase.

1 - Extension of warranty for 2 additional years.

Tariff in force on March 1st, 2020: 99€ HT.

Good practices

Demat'Go

Demat'Go is a mobile version of the Demat'Box. Your customers can send their invoices to your account even when they are on the move.

Connect'Access or the virtual Demat'Box

Rember that you can activate Demat'Go and Demat'Collect mail options for your customers who do not have a Demat'Box.
